The Kraken was born in the depths of the Andaman Sea off the coast of Koh Lanta. It all started innocently enough, with the simple desire to spend free time with friends over a pint of good beer and homemade food. Cooking for family and loved ones has been my passion since childhood, and in 2018, I decided to turn this passion into something more tangible.
My circle of friends and my first guests began creating a buzz about the small Kraken, which initially served only those closest to me. Word spread quickly across our little island about a man who cooks without following clichéd or repetitive patterns. Naturally, as more guests came, the Kraken began to grow. What started as a simple beginning evolved into a full-scale business that remains unchanged to this day.
Just like in the beginning, today all our products are handmade. In our kitchen, there are no shortcuts or reheated recipes. You won’t find any preservatives or artificial additives here. Every product is based on my original recipes, crafted from the highest quality imported ingredients.
P.S. We even strive to cater to vegans by offering our "The Vegan" burger with our smoked brisket and crispy smoked bacon.
